We only ask for your personal data when we genuinely need it, mainly when you book a table or send us a message. This page explains what we do with it, why, and how long we keep it.

Who processes your data
The data controller is Trenčiansky pivovar Lanius, registered name [to be added by client], company ID (IČO) [to be added by client], registered office [to be added by client].

Table bookings
To book a table we need your name, phone number, email, the date and time of your visit, the number of guests and any note you add. We use this only to handle, confirm and, if necessary, clarify your booking.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you mention an allergy in the note, we use that information only to prepare for your visit.
Contact form and email
When you write to us, we process your name, email, phone number if given, and your message so that we can reply.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long we keep your data
We keep booking details while we handle the booking and for no more than 3 months after the date of your visit. Contact form messages and emails are kept for no more than 1 year after our last contact, unless we need them longer to meet legal obligations or to protect our legal claims.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing. The only others who may have access are our web hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf and on our instructions. If data ever had to be transferred outside the European Union, this would happen only with the safeguards required by GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
