The most famous wheat beers are German Weissbier with a banana flavor or clove, Belgian Witbier cooked with orange peel and coriander, and intensely hayed American Wheat Ale. But we wanted the main ingredient of wheat beer to dominate – wheat. This crop contains more protein and gluten than barley, and adding it to the beer gives it a delicious, finer body, thicket foam and mild turbidity, which is usually exacerbated by yeast. We used the special kind of English yeast Nottingham and the unique Bavarian hops’ Mandarin Bavaria. The result is original, unfiltered Nottingham Wheat Ale, which has a rustic, cereal flavor with only a delicate mandarin background, a luscious mouth, creamy flavor and only a finely hot ending reminiscent of a freshly baked bread crust.
