Well-known American Pale Ale (APA) is a beer that has begun the modern craft beer revolution in USA. Origin of this beer, however, can be traced to 18th century England, where pale, bitter ales emerged. Traditional Bitter undergoes secondary fermentation in barrels, which inkeeper taps and pours almost without bubbles, while the modern English Pale Ale has higher carbonation and firmer head and is one of the most popular beer styles in Britain. Our recipe is simple – two kinds of malt from an English family malt house with a 150 years old tradition, two types of English hops and yeast from the London brewery. The result is a perfect balance between malty body with a hint of biscuits and nuts and dry, woody bitterness of English hops. The aroma is dominated by yeast esters reminiscent of ripe pomes and cedar tones of hops.
