The most famous maker of Stout is Irish brewery Guinness, which produces Dry Stout with a dry taste of roasted malt. However, this dark ale originates from England, where at the beginning of the twentieth century various versions of Stouts were created. For example, adding milk sugar has produced a sweeter and less alcoholic Milk Stout. Its taste was similar to coffee with cream, thus it’s often called Cream Stout. This inspired us to create a beer that tastes like iced coffee and cream – Cappucino Stout. The smooth creamyness of milk sugar is deliciously combined with the roasted taste of dark malt, but also genuine Central American coffee beans. Coffee can be recognized in both aroma, taste and stimulating effect of caffeine, as we used enough beans to make almost 500 cups of coffee!
