Amber Ale 11°

Crafting of our Amber Ale began with inspiration in the American Amber Ale, a modern classic born in the 80’s of the last century. This beer style is related to APA (American Pale Ale), but has a rich amber color and a stronger caramel flavor that perfectly balances the refreshing bitterness of this easy sipping beer. Multiple doses of aromatic hop varieties gives the beer a distinct fruit touch with traces of oranges and candied papaya and citrusy – resinous bitterness. Deep attenuation of its light caramely body yealds more than 5% of alcohol and much less residual sugars than comparable lagers, making this beer an excellent summer special diet.
