Belgian Summer Ale 13°

Belgian specialty beers are renowned all over the world for their authentic character and rightly known as some of the best beers in the world. Even in our brewery, our unique, in-house developed Belgian White Wheat IPA is one of the most favorite brews. In the summer heat, however, 15° plato beer is a little dangerous so we have prepared his younger brother – meet our Belgian Summer Ale. It teases You with intense, sweet yet crisp aroma of elderflower and tropical fruit. We guided specialty Belgian yeast strain to do its magic and give our brew real character: Slightly acidic vinous taste, thorough attenuation and relatively high alcohol content. The body is straw-colored, light, refreshing and thanks to addition of wheat with creamy texture. Bitterness gradually develops in the mouth and transforms into completely dry and slightly spicy finish.
