About this beer

Strength
10 °P

This beer was created in the USA around the year 1880, as a topfermented alternative of a sheer light lager using corn as a more affordable replacement for barley, such as cornbrewed bourbon came from whisky. The tender and pure taste of a lager, which then dominated the market is achieved by fermenting ‘ale’ yeast at the lowest reachable temperatures. Our Cream Ale was created exactly this way. It is a proof of the variety of resources used all over the work for brewing it and it is a great example of socalled session beer – it is perfect for long evenings with friends, it won’t tire you down with its lightness and lower alcohol content, yet thanks to our craft brewing, it leaves you with a feeling of a real special.
