Dark Ale 10°

As a base for our Dark Ale 10° we used an Irish Dry Stout, which is a light, highly attenuated dark ale showing significant hop bitterness and a very dry finish. This attributes make it a great summet thirst quencher. To make it special, we hopped it with American aromatic hops, chich show a pleasant grapefruit aroma in pale ales. However, in cooperation with our Dark Ale 10° roasted malt aroma it produces delicate tones of dried plums.
