Sorachi Summer Ale 11°

Around here, Lager is widely considered as typical summer thirst quenting beer. However, the rest of the world’s choice for summer drink would be light top fermented Ale, often with addition of wheat and subtle fruitiness. Those are equally refreshing, yet stand out with brighter flavor. To demostrate this, we present you our Summer Ale – summer special for those looking for new flavors and lager afficionados alike. The foundations of recipe for Sorachi are in light Pale Ale, enriched with oats and wheat, which, despite the small gravity of beer, adds more round and full flavor. Then we added Sorachi Ace hops, originally bred and cultivated in Japan, resembling lemon grass, tangerines and even a coriander. We like that flavor very much, so we enhanced it even more with lemon peel. Too much, you think? Try it and you will change your opinion!
